Terms of Service for the Fellowship of Digital Guardians

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fellowship of Digital Guardians (hereinafter referred to as “the Community”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Community.
2. Membership
2.1. Membership in the Community is open to individuals interested in IT and Cybersecurity.
2.2. Membership fees are non-refundable unless administrators explicitly state otherwise in writing.
3. User Conduct
3.1. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the Community.
3.2. You will not engage in any behavior that violates the rights of others or disrupts the community, including but not limited to:
- Posting offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content.
- Impersonating other users or administrators.
- Distributing spam or unsolicited messages.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content
4.1. Users are solely responsible for the content they post or submit to the Community.
4.2. Fellowship of Digital Guardians administrators reserve the right to remove, edit, or modify any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed inappropriate without notice.
5. Paid Courses and Refunds
5.1. Fellowship of Digital Guardians may offer paid courses or educational materials. Refunds for paid courses are subject to review and may be granted at the discretion of Fellowship of Digital Guardians administrators.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content provided by Fellowship of Digital Guardians, including but not limited to articles, courses, and discussions, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission from Fellowship of Digital Guardians.
7. Privacy
7.1. Fellowship of Digital Guardians collects and uses personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
8. Termination
8.1. Fellowship of Digital Guardians reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Community for violations of these Terms of Service.
9. Modifications
9.1. Fellowship of Digital Guardians reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.
